The Machines tab holds the location, machine type, placement date, purchase price, fixed costs and host commission. Consistent machine IDs make it easier to connect operating records to the right location.
Separate collections from profit
Enter revenue, product cost and other variable costs in Machine P&L. The dashboard brings the workbook’s machine-level totals together so you can review revenue, expenses and net profit in one place.
Connect the review to the next visit
Inventory records include units on hand and minimum and maximum stock levels. The Route tab records service days, stocking notes, drive estimates and completion, giving the financial review a practical next step.
