Start with the download link in your Gumroad receipt. If you still need help, include the product name and purchase date. Do not send card details or passwords.
Help using a file
Tell us the filename, the app you opened it in and what you expected to happen. Remove private customer or financial data from any example you share.
Something we should improve?
If a guide is unclear or something looks wrong, send us the page link and tell us what you noticed. Include a supporting source if you have one.
