Document one machine’s assumptions
The calculator includes price per play, supplier prize cost, a target prize-cost percentage, plays per day and operating days. Keep the basis for each assumption with the machine record.
Include the host arrangement
Fields for floor rental or host revenue share and payment fees allow a broader estimate than prize cost alone. Check which arrangement applies to avoid including incompatible host charges.
Review machines together
