What this file helps you do
Build a reference list
Machine Register stores locations, addresses, service frequency and host contacts. Use it when preparing the week’s visits so important access details stay connected to the right machine.
Arrange and track your stops
Route Planner includes service day, last-serviced date, distance to the next stop, estimated drive time and status. You choose the order and enter distances; the workbook summarizes the entries.
Keep a weekly history
Copy completed-week summaries into Route History to record stops, mileage, the cost rate used and service issues. This makes earlier trips available for comparison when you adjust the schedule.

Your first pass through the file
- Enter the machine roster and confirm site access hours.
- Arrange the week’s stops geographically and supply distance and time estimates.
- Mark completed visits and transfer the summary into Route History.
Know what the file can tell you
Despite the filename, this is a manual planner, not GPS routing software. It does not find a shortest route. Mileage-rate cost estimates are not measured fuel bills or tax advice; update dated rates.

Does the spreadsheet calculate driving directions?
No. You choose the stop order and enter miles and estimated drive time. The workbook keeps that plan and totals together; it does not connect to a map service.
What do I receive when I buy?
